Kakadu National Park, Australia
Kakadu National Park is the second largest national park in Australia. The main town in Kakadu is Jabiru, which is situated in the north of the park. Located in the Northern Territory of Australia, Kakadu National Park is 171km southeast of Darwin.
On 5 April 1979, Kakadu National Park was established. It covered the area of 7,646.4sq ml. Kakadu is highly ecological and biologically diverse. The park is a home to feral domestic Asian water buffalo, and invasive species such as feral pigs, rabbits, red foxes, cats. The rich heritage of Aboriginal rock art is located in Kakadu National Park.
Other things tourists are to look out for when touring the Kakadu National Park are the Kakadu Escarpment, waterlilies, the floodplains, pandanus, and paper bark trees, spear grass, the kakadu plum, mangroves.
There are over 280 bird species, over 60 mammal species, more than 50 freshwater species, over 10,000 insect species, plant species exceeding 1,600 and around 117 species of reptiles.
Saltwater crocodile, Black necked stork, plumed whistling ducks, short-earead rock-wallaby, black wallaroos, Australian darter and agile wallaby are all found in Kakadu National Park.

The Sydney Opera House
Australia is regarded as the world’s smallest continent and the largest island. Australia is endowed with a lot of tourist attractions. One of these is Sydney Opera House.
Sydney was the oldest and one of the largest settlements in the continent being the very first European settlement built. The Opera House is a multi-venue performing arts centre and situated on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour.
It is located on Bennelong Point. On the 28th of June, 2007, Sydney Opera House was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. It is located in the heart of the city and one of the most tourist attraction places. There are various restaurants, bars and cafes inside the Opera house for recreational purpose.
Tourists enjoy a lot of events in all sorts of art that occur. The Sydney Opera House was designed by Danish architect Jorn Utzon. An Australian architectural team headed by Peter Hall completed the Opera House. On the 20th of October 1973, Queen Elizabeth II officially opened the building. Research has shown that as one of the most famous tourist attractions in Australia,
Statistics indicates that the Sydney House is visited by more than eight million people each year. The Opera House has an Eastern view of Sydney Harbours and it is used for receptions, popular music shows, meetings and seminars.
It has 2,679-seat Concert Hall. It is known as the best-known landmark in Sydney.
